Maryland’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene welcomes the public to comment on the proposed Natalie M. LaPrade Medical Marijuana Commission regulations from January 23rd to February 23rd. The regulations are scheduled to be published this upcoming Friday, January 23, 2015.
GRC strongly recommends individuals with high interest in obtaining a license in MD to get started now. You could have the upper hand by starting the process as soon as possible as this is a highly complicated process and obtaining a license is very competitive. Get involved by educating yourself, commenting on the proposed regulations and take active steps to prepare for a win!
On Tuesday January 27th, there is an open Commission Meeting. We strongly encourage you to attend, as it will provide you with informative details to be as up to date as possible in regards to the Marijuana Program in MD. You can keep up to date here for any and all changes when it comes to time, location and other updates regarding the meeting and the program.
